Refund policy
PEPTIQ LABS, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. We aim to provide premium research products and lab essentials with a reliable shopping experience. Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, peptides, and laboratory-use products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective.
To request a return or refund, customers must contact us at info@peptiqlabs.co.uk within 7 days of receiving their order. Please include your order number, clear photos of the product, packaging, and a short explanation of the issue. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for return review.
Refunds are processed only after the return request has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by PEPTIQ LABS.
We do not accept returns for opened products, used items, buyer’s remorse, incorrect handling, or products purchased for purposes outside laboratory research use. All products are sold strictly for research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or treatment.
